Me: Harry Potter is, like, the gateway fandom. You start reading the books, then all of a sudden you have a Sonic Screw driver, you're carrying salt everywhere and awkwardly in love with Sherlock Holmes and you don't really know how any of it happened, but you're pretty sure it started because Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Dursely of 4 Privet Drive were proud to say that they were perfectly normal thank you very much.

Me: Castiel is an angel warrior of heaven, a seraph. He’s strong and smart as hell and could kick anyone’s ass any day of the week. I can’t list all the times he was in an uneven fight and his intellect and strategy skills got him out of it. He’s a total genius and a badass to boot.

Okay this is really dumb, but I found out today that my best friend and I are going to be home at the same time but we won’t be able to see each other. He’s bringing his girlfriend and she’s not the biggest fan of me so i’ll have to wait until Christmas to see him. I hope they have a really great time in LA, but that doesn’t mean I’m not really sad...
